Looks like another fine weekend is fast approaching. Lows in the 60's will mean sweet ridin' at Platte Sunday morning. dirt conditions should be extra primo with the good rain we had last night.
How come nobody is talkin' about the pub crawl? Come on people! I'm going to throw out saturday November 5th. Lots of stuff going on the 3 weekends proir. Any thoughts? COME ON!

OK Mod, I've never been to the Crawl. I've had to work each year. So, the Nov 5th is a good date. Let me know and I'll help plan it with you.
Sat Nov 5th is NOT good for me. We've had success doing it on a Friday before, I'd put in a BIG vote for Fri Nov 4th. I can help contact some bars/prep things if needed.

You guys gotta help me out since I'm kinda new to the Omahooha scene. Have the Pub Crawls historically been on Fri or Sat? I just think we should take it back to Dundee, Fri or Sat makes no dif to me. Isn't Shim the hospitality director, why isn't he chimmin' in?
I think this year will be my first jaunt down to Omahole for the pub crawl.
I just have to find an outfit.
OK, I'm here. Last year we let Paul take the reins and it was pretty lame by normal standards, no band etc... Dundee seems to work out alot better and its best to have it the week prior to Halloween, I know there is a cross race that weekend but there is usually about two people who do both. Now Ryan if you guys want to argue wth me about not doing things just because it didn't work before, just look back to our discussion when I said that changing the Expert start times at the Psycowpath series was a bad idea. Nuff said! The 49r works well but someone will need to the manager to see what they have planned. Otherise the owner of Travatos has always expressed an interest in having it there, he may even be willing to put up a tent outside and rope off some of the parking lot for bike parking. Someone else can take the lead and I will help as time permits. If no band is already booked, Bone Pecker always is a big hit.
Oh yeah, if you need reasons not to have it any other weekend let me know.
