I wish there was two of me so I could enjoy all the stuff going on this weekend. Weather is turning around after the cold snap and we gots another jam packed weekend full of events and happenings. It goes a little sumpin' like this...
Saturday
Trail Day at Jewell Park ~ Meet at 8am in the parking lot off Combs road. 4 more hours of cutting and the park will be ready for some serious riding. MIB is bringing the coffee and bagels. If you missed it last weekend, here's your oppurtunity to be a part of creating Omaha's newest riding area.
State Cyclocross Championships ~ Pioneers Park, Lincoln. Races start at Noon with the C category and finish up at 3 with the A's. Pioneers Park is my favourite course, it's just plain good stuff. Spectator turnout is the best at the this race which makes the racing even more fun.
Sunday
More 'cross racing ~ Things kick off at 10am, same venue as the previous day.
Bike Polo ~ 1pm at Swanson, there was some talk about moving it to Jewell, got any additional info Grumpy?
Log Ridin' ~ 1pm at Manawa. Test your skizzlz on the new TTF's. Always a good time.
