Who's up for a pre-Thanksgiving dinner trail ride? Pancakes and I will be riding Jewell Thursday morning. Get off yer butt and leave the TV parades behind. Once the tryptophan hits you won't want to ride after.
So come out and help pack in the new trail, Meet between 8-8:15. Then you can stuff your face and feel good about it.

No, I just like to ride the frozen stuff. Sunrise is around 7:15 so why wait. Frozen dirt is like sandpaper. Burp it! Braaaapp!

Hey just got back from a couple of laps at Jewel with Shim (does he have a nickname for the blog yet, no wait, don't answer that). Shim, MOD, the real deal, MIB, and many many others have been putting in some good work there. It is rideable today (not to muddy) but a little sketchy so ride in control. Get down there NOW because it is perfect for packing in the new trails. Shim and I walked through a couple of "tuning" opportunities to help out the flow, but I am being an anal perfectionist (hey if you ask I am going to offer my advice - I haven't built a perfect trail yet). He seemed pumped up about the ideas I had. If we could just get rid of Carpet Munch Hill in the beginning, it would be all good, but oh well. Thanks guys for your hard work. At the end of my ride Skinny D showed up on a full rigid single speed. Nice job Skinny D, you are riding well!

Well when I checked on Monday they said 27, last night the news said 31, now the weather channel says 25. WTF, keep your fingers crossed for 25. Frozen or soft it will be good. Trail needs to be broken in either way.
