shhhhhhhhhhhhh

What do you do at 4am when the snow plows wake you up from across the street and it's 5 degrees outside? First, grab a friggin' blanket cause it's cold as crap and start brewing coffee. Plop your ass in front of your computer and start surfin'.

Problem is...I got nothin' here. 3PO @ FFL, nuthin'. Rusty @ D-Rity, nutin'. The bottom line is, it's really cold out, and there just isn't much going on. Someone needs to lasso the stupid jet stream and pull it up north.

Solution...A'ight, I need to be positve, right? It did snow a bit last night, although not as much as I was hoping for. And it's those crap little icey crystals that aren't any fun, STOP!, okay, gotta stay positive, right. So those of you (or me) with ski's, can get out and pack that fresh snow in the tracks. But it's those crappy little ice crystals that don't pack. Oh well. Me being negative again...

Or...The BBC ride is at Manawa tonight. The snowmobile's have packed it in pretty well according to T-bone. Fidel rode it yesterday and said it was good. So what the hell, it should still be at least 10 degrees at ride time. Go buy some toe warmers and come out and ride. I'm sure LtD will pick a good place for dinner. Is there a really dark lounge in CB that has fireplaces and stuff. Kinda like the Drover, only way less expensive? I know you have the hook-up Jim!

If riding outdoors just ain't your thing then try this. The Darkroom Gallery is having an opening Friday night. Artist reception from 5-9pm. At least get yer butt out the house...

...and going to work doesn't count!

Nebcycling says the TNR is at Tranqulity tonight (that place dosen't seem like it would be much fun in the cold and snow). I'm down for Manawa because that place is the bomb in the snow and lots of trees to keep the wind off of you. Who else is in?

Oops, looked like I checked the ride location a bit early. But I'm still in for Manawa. If you wanna meet earlier I should be outta the shop around 4.

Is Manawa rideable in the snow with a 34x18? Sound reasonable?

Mark, I may have to come in and pick up that 34t ring you got.

It's rideable but it's tough because you end up spinning out a lot.
