You better be cutting. Trail day at Swanson. Bring gloves and tools if you got 'em.

We will hold a trail maintenance day at Swanson Park in Bellevue, NE on April 2nd at 8:00 AM.
Those that have tools please bring them. A chainsaw is needed for the removal of a couple of dead trees that are getting ready to fall on the trail.
Priority for this first session will be removal of the hanging or falling wood, fix up at least half of the log crossings that are showing serious decay or erosion and roughing in the powerline hill climb bypass that is getting seriously eroded.
The kiosk for Swanson should be complete within a week and installed shortly after with the final approvals pending Bellevue City officials. Target location is behind the volleyball court facing offset of the trail.
