Annie and I headed out before the forecasted rain. Great conditions for the most part. We rolled all surfaces. Did a lap at Manawa, couple of logs, and then blasted out to the Wabash. Tim and Scott have been working on the singletrack that follows alongside the trail. It's sweet bacon. Annie rode the smooth crushed limestone while I played keep up on the singletrack.
Small parts of Manawa are still a bit greasy, as was some spots on the Wabash singletrack, all avoidable though.
So training races start this weekend for the road set, T-bone and CCB are heading south to Landahl for the first Heartland race. Sounds like CVO and some of the FFL's are heading down as well. Good luck boyo's.

naw, we chickend out due to the forecasted rain. sounds like it might miss us. but not Landahl. 60% chance on sunday, I'll be out on gravel trying to get ready for that 3-6 in two weeks.
