Hey all, I got a posse going to CLinton Lake for the Midwest Fat Tire Series race this sunday. There's a 3 hour marathon event & beginner class that starts at 11am, and sport/expert starts at 12:30pm. I raced there last year and the course is fast, rocky, and fun!
I'm leaving Omaha Sat mid-morning to get down there in time for a pre-lap, crashing at a hotel Sat night. Forecast for Sunday in Lawrence is 68 & sunny!!!
Thus far its Rox & I, special K (his first mtb race!) leaving Sat morning. Nick & Nathan are leaving on Sat night after work. Who else is in? I'm reserving one room at the Quality Inn Lawrence, contact me for details.

wish i could go, but i'm gonna do a local race, jim craig serries, and go to martha and dave's wedding and reception..
i'm excited about the 3-6 next week though. see you there hopefully
