I just completed two weeks of training with more volume than ever before. 32+ hours of pedal time in two weeks. And I'm still employed!
Thanks to special K for the coaching. And Larry for the the nutritional advice. Thanks to Rusty & Larry for the maps & gravel routes. And Thanks to Mitch & Trev and every mechanic I know (there's lots of em that field my calls/cries for help) for the constant advice, tips, etc to keep my bikes running perfectly.
And thanks to Shim for making me ride more than I wanted/anticipated. Thanks to shim for dragging me out over lunch "hourS" And thanks to Shim for the "chins" comments-- I needed the motivation.
And THANKS to Roxy for putting up with me when I can think about and do nothing else but ride. I promise I'll remember to take the trash out this week.
And guess what, I now have one year of riding on the same campy 10s chain and cassette. Guess I'll have to replace both of those. Ouch. Chains should come with an audible wear indicator, like my cars break pads. Damn. Hopefully my fsa chainrings are still good.

This thank you sounds like the thanks for Broke Back Mountain at the Oscars. Did you write their thankyou's.
dude, congrats on the hard core week, wish I could do one of those, but i'm doing as much as my legs and body can stand right now...
dude, your gonna be really fast this year, arnt cha...
Chains do come with an audible wear indicator...REEEEETARD! You just couldn't tell cause the Campy ain't ever workin' that great.
Your welcome, thanks for going, its always more fun to have someone say, "I thought we were going to be home an hour ago" then to just think it to yourself. It also always gives you the abiity to say, "I would have been home earlier but that bastard Shim screwed up the route".
yeah, thanks for the cover. You're a great excuse for me to use whenever I don't get my honey-do's completed.
When I was in College my friends would use me as an excuse when ever they would eat their roomates food. "Hey, where did my lefttover pizza go?", "uhhh ummm, Shim was here", "Oh".
