Sounded like the rain was steady with a SE wind. Average speeds were about 15 mph until the group hit the first minimum maintenance road. For those unfamiliar with "B" roads, as they're called, these roads are dirt, if you're lucky, today, they will be more mud. Report says the bikes came to a standstill. These segments of road can go on for a few miles.
