Hey Ladies, don't miss tonights chica ride at L&C. If you're looking for something a little more challenging, L&C is the spot to test your skills. Annie will be taking the group out at about 6:15pm, hopefully the rain showers stay away.
Don't forget about the Demo this Wednesday at Lake Manawa. Trek's Fit for Women Demo Tour will be out at the park from 4-8pm. You'll be able to test ride Trek's Fuel EX and Gary Fisher Cake full suspension mountain bikes as well as road, tri and hybrid bikes. Everyone gets free cool stuff so come on out. Weather looks to be perfect!
