Once again, Thursday night means Taco Ride! Full moon is on Saturday so lights shouldn't be needed (but it never hurts!) The rumor mill is adrift with talk that not one but both brothers of the clan Atkinson will be out and about. Some rumors even include Lincoln folks coming up and enjoying the festivities.
Let's hope Ryan gets into town early enough and I hope CVO, Nut, Hoss, Cornbread and Vic can find their way up to the Big O (or CB).
Here's some help...look at this map and follow these directions. From I-80, take the I-29 south. Exit Hwy. 275/92 and head east (right). Turn right (south) at Harry Langdon Blvd. (Hwy. 275) and take that to South Omaha Bridge Rd. At that point you'll see a bunch of cars, bikes and idiots riding bikes!
We meet at 6:00pm and ride around 6:15pm, it's a 10 mile ride out to Mineola (beverage stop halfway) and if you choose it can be almost all on singletrack. Tacos, beer and margs in Mineola. We can stay as long as we want, I think we were back at the car by 10:45 last week.
Sooooo...come on out, we'd love to have you along for the ride.

problem is, we gotta find a designated driver for the night, or hook up someone's place to crash at.
I don't work till 10am, and if cornbread works a day off into his rotation.

i will probably have to do the same, i have to be at work by 6:30 so it would be better for me to have friday off or let them know i will be in really late.
You guys can crash at my house. I have a spare bedroom, a big couch and a futon, plus lots of floor space. No need for a DD, the ride back to the parking lot will sober you up.
T-bone, I'm gonna take you up on the offer. I'll be sure to get super wasted and puke on you futon. J/K, I'll puke on the floor.
