well here's the scoop:
the taco ride is more dangerous than i thought.
after a few drinks, i rode back, no light, no helmet, no problem right?
i fell off the trail i guess, and woke up in the hospital.
they cut off my shirt that my sister got for me in greece. bummer.
i guess i was out solid for about ten minutes. i still don't know cause i only remember about two minutes worth of time from 8:30 pm to 8:30 am.
i removed a few hours of memory from hitting my head so hard.
bruce says i almost got arrested for public intoxication because i kept taking my neckbrace off and trowing it across the room.
the breaks: fractured eye socket, fractured cheek, fractured sinus, and a pretty good break on the temple. four stiches in the cheek and the obvious road rash. (most of the scab already peeled off.)
the good news, it doesn't really hurt cause i also bruised the nerve that controls feeling for the right half of my face, so if i have some food on my face, let me know.
sorry to the dude that hit my bike.
thanks to anyone that helped me out on the trail, i hope you know who you are, cause i sure don't.
and if i get one more stupid reminder to wear my helmet... your face might look like this.

i think i learned my lesson.

Glad to hear there was no permanent damage.

This should be an eyeopener for those that don't wear a helmet.
