9 mile insider

It sounded like quite the weekend up north. I got the full run down from Sam this morning. Congrats to Enduro Snob on his 6th (5th) place finish in the solo singlespeed group and R&R, Larry and Jason for their 3rd in coed team. Cornbread has photos, you should check'em out.

So Sam was wrenching for Cameron and was set up in the Trek/Fisher compound. While everyone was busy bustling about Sam saw some interesting product being pushed around by select Fisher insiders. The most notable being a v.2 of the Fisher Ferrous. The first rendition was built on 26 wheels with an accentric BB and replaceable der hanger allowing you to run geared or SS. All the elements remain on the new proto but newsboy wheels have been swapped out for Adult size. Not to mention the proto was in a sweet powder blue. When Sam asked Fisher designer Aaron Mock if this was a sign of things to come, he replied, probably. I better start saving now. Did I mention it's steel, ferrous, get it?

Hopefully Sam will enlighten us with a weekend report, quite a bit went down.

Aaron caught up with Lance, literally.

Charge your lights, we're riding Swanson tomorrow, see you there.
