Good luck to everyone at manawa! looks like a good group of people pre-registered. You're setup for a good turnout.... race well-- it should be dry! We brought all thr rain to CO with us.
Firercracker was a blast-- and totally painful. Altitude seemed to affect Rox & I more than usual this year . Special K tore up the climbs.... and Hardcore Harlan and I rode together for the second lap to keep each other in the game mentally. finished the Breck portion of the trip with a ride down the peaks trail... tons of fun.
Now we're camped outside CO Springs, hit the royal gorge today, hiking up Pikes Peak tomorrow. And the campsite has wifi. Funny. The rain is with us fo sho-- so manwa race should be dry and perfect-- good luck to all competitors. Should be a blast hiking tomorrow. See ya soon!
Oh, and I got a ton of a sweet vodka drink in me, than Marco's wife invented. Thats crazy.
