yeah well, josh and I were riding mtb, rode to tranquility, did a few laps, then met up with these guys for the lebowski party. didn't know they were gonna be on road bikes. it made the ride down 168th street interesting, fo sho
ok...so, i made it to the scene...a little spent due to eatin' nuthin' but a bagle all day and squash games at the j prior to the ride...still had a great ride...pretty slow...thanks for hangin' with me in the caboose, dale. and thanks for showin' those new kids the trail.
had a great ride out from one pacific place. saw a real pirate on the way...yup...knew he was a pirate by the parrot perched on his shoulder while he was ridin'...our 10-year old observed i should have said "on yer left, ye scurvy dog!" funnah!
came back from kc and the ocean of fun and all...three days of record-breaking 100+ degree temps...no bikin' with the fam in tow.
favorite activity...the fine, air-conditioned kemper museum of contemprary art and the exhibit..."capturing nureyev...james wyeth paints the dancer"...if anyone is into this kind of thing...the show is AWESOME and runs through august 20...

oh yeah...went to noodles after the ride...as intended...but the nose sent me to the chipotle instead...
I'm not sure. I've seen "The Real Deal" jump a road bike.
