Rain?

Did I miss a race this weekend? Maybe the last Psycowpath? It rained, so I had to miss something. Maybe not. Good to see the Swanson reschedule. Hopefully I'll be able to race this one.

So what's been happening. Well, the Worlds were this past weekend and both Julien Absalon and Gunn-Rita Dahle have won their third straight XC titles. That's just wrong, can't someone else win? Sam Hill became the first Australian to when a world's DH title. That's just wrong too. The Aussies have been kickin' ass for too many years to have not won yet. The French princess of downhilling, Sabrina Jonnier won the women's DH, the French just find a way year after year. Filip Makeitharder is back from his 14 month EPO suspension. Bishop had a good ride to eigth. And one last shout out to my bro Seamus.

The SSWC '06 was a couple weeks ago in Sveedun (Sweden). Sveinung Björköy of Oslo, Norway won, with PA rider Brian Keich in second. Tried to find some photos from the action, but this is all I could find. Nice trophy!
