What's Dr. Schols going to do?

It's that time of year. Time to hit the air and head up to good old Trek World. This year it's been branded Bikes, Brats and Beers. So I'm outta here bright and early at 6am.

I'm really excited to fly being how I now have to leave my gel insoles at home since that type of thing poses a security threat. And for all of you that think I think that you think that I think it's about priveledge, well it's not about priveledge, it's about the lunacy that is raking this country and it's war on TERROR. My buddy Mark was all tore up last week. He was flying to Seattle with a one way ticket to meet his fiance and drive back with her. Well you see, Mark used to work for customs in Seattle, he knows that when the lights glow orange on the security tree, he's more than likely going to get pulled aside and blah, blah, blah. It's not about priveledge, it's about being held hostage by your own government.

So anyway, yep, flying up to Madison. Hope I run into Creepy Friendly as he's a fellow Trek Store guy. We get an exclusive pre-showing of Trek/Fisher/Lemond/Klien and Bontrager goodies at 3 o'clock tomorrow. 24 hours before the rest of the world. The camera phone will be uploading by the minute. Hopefully I'll have Innerweb access and I can get some high res photos posted as well.

Oh yeah, seems like some folks don't like the idea of the PUB CRAWL being held the weekend before Halloween (lots of other stuff going on). Some people don't want to do it the weekend after (costume parties are kinda over by then). And some people are going to the HFF the weekend before. Well, someone make a decsion who's done it before. Someone intelligent like Shim maybe, he's kinda smart when dealing with things of this nature. I'm game for whatever. So while I'm gone, somebody figure out what's going on, then I'll write about it on this here BLOG.
