As some of you may know, the bmx track in Omaha is opening this Friday. I, Dan Sundermeier of the Trek Store of Omaha, just checked the track out today and it still needs some work. These are some older photos, but give you the idea. It is pretty cool though. The track is put in an old baseball field at Hefflinger Park 114th and Maple, so it will have lights for night races. Dave Griswold, the track director called me tonight and asked for some help. I'll be out there Thursday afternoon. If anyone can help, I am sure you will get some food and drinks (no beer. city park.) and will be able to ride the track. Let myself or Dave Griswold know if you can help. Anything would be very much appreciated.
