Missed out on the Jewell TNR last night. My ribs are still to sore to do much pulling on the bars. Larry is the man. He swung into the shop for some bike needs and gave me a quick diagnosis. No major damage just some bruised ribs. Only 2 more weeks of semi sleepless night. Can't complain knowing what CVO is going through.
The Wednesday road ride was another lesson in pain. Alex is back from the pro race circuit. Just watching him push a 53x12 up some of the climbs made me wilt. Hung with the group a little better this week. So hopefully stuff is coming together for 'cross season.
Jakes is open in Benson. It's a staple in downtown Lincoln. Stop in and pick up your drink from John and Sean.
Gonna try and make it to the bacon ride on Sunday. Anybody have rides planned for Monday??? You gotta have something in mind Shim?

tried to call you yesterday to see whether you were gonna show...i figured you were still tender. glad i made the jewell for my fist time...and got the bonus of tequila tacos...missed ya, though...
