It's back!

Get out yer cowbell, cyclocross is coming back to Omaha. According to MIB, the boys at River City have secured Swanson for the opening round of the Nebraska CX season. Maybe RF will finally step up and buy a 'cross bike, since the Superlight is on the auction block. If you need a 'cross bike and you're tall, my old Marin is still available.

If you don't have a CX bike, no worries, you can ride your MTB. You just can't have barends. 'Cross is great for spectating and there's always some crazy shinanigans going on. Don't miss the spectacle.

October 21/22, race once, race twice or just watch. It's fun, trust me. Then stick around and play polo after the race on Sunday.

That's a good question. USCF is kind of goofy about stuff like that. The Mary bars for sure, but the protruding ends of the Jones bars may not.

Not a problem, the Omaha weekend shouldn't be a UCI sanctioned event. Or will it oh king of the sausage?

The November race in Lincoln is however UCI for sure. Needless to say, I'll be racing B's cuz I ain't throwing down the 80,100 or 120 whatever dollars for a UCI lic.
