PBjr, Pcakes and I headed down to Riverside for day 2 of the Riverside CX Festival. PBjr stepped up big time and jumped straight into the 1/2/3's for his FIRST cross race. HELL YEAH! Full report coming here. Photo's are up here.
Two weeks dude, back-2-back, sat/sun. You'll dig the courses in Lincoln. Might even get a chance to run some barriers. I can't believe I done 3 cx races now and haven't had to jump one barrier.
I finally set up my cleats the right way. They were like 1 inch in front of the ball of my foot. So I can clip in now. I can't wait. I'll try to get some good intensity in.
Mod, some friends of mine from Iowa City are putting on Jingle Cross the weekend after the Lincoln race. Chris Horner, Steve Tilford and Jason MCartny (although like me he is said to hate the barriers)are expected to be there. Can you do Todd and Team Skin a solid and post the info. These guys are cool they host a killer tailgator too!

I think I pulled a hammy... Man, even though it sucked, it was fun. I can't wait to do it again. Good weekend.
