10 hardy souls out to Jewel last night at about 20 degrees! Lasted about 1.5 hours before the toes and fingers said it was enough, not to mention the quads asking who's idea it was to go ss!
I finally did the first half of a third lap and, like others have said, the third lap did get easier. I still didn't clean the first two hills but I was able to carry more momentum through other sections.
Need to ride Jewel in daylight more in order to ride from memory instead of just by sight. Leaves, frozen tread, and artificial light, let alone cold temps made for a challenging ride. But it also makes for a different ride which is nice when we don't have 100s of miles of singletrack to choose from.
9 of 10 made lil burro for food and talk. Good times all around!

SWEET!!!
James hooked us up! That's awesome. If that doesn't want to make go out and get a Garmin I don't know what will.
Ride is gonna be cold tonight. Teens? Ouch! Better get some toe warmers...
I think James should ride all the trails...that map suh-weet!
Makes me want a Garmin!!
What kind of Garmin does he have? I've got an Edge 205...do I need some different software?
geez, could you pack any more trail in there?
maybe ride in a circle to fill in a couple of spots.
