I'm checking out for a couple days. Little trip to KC for meetings. No bike, bummer.Anyone going to be brave enough to hit the TNR this week? Forecast says high of 16 with AM snow showers and a NE wind. I really want to try and hit some gravel. Maybe Capehart out to Flying J. Leave from Swanson? Or Wabash, has anyone been out there lately?
Hmmmmmm...choices, choices.

I'm in for a gravel road ride, let's leave from the LIL'BURRO.
I know Shim can handle the cold, we sat on a ski lift at -2deg with the wind gusting 50-60 mph last Friday.
We can start from my house its safer.
Whoever has a cross bike bike get it out.
Let's do a hard 2 hour ride.
Might get some flurries but should still be ok on the gravel.
I'm in, leave Shim's around 6:15?
Who's all in?
Swanson was good Tuesday afternoon and should be even better with the fresh dusting yesterday.
Rolling out with the 2.7s at 6
Nice ride at Swanson last night. Kev, Shim, Martin, Aaron, Doug, Tim, myself, and one other rode a surprisingly rideable trail. LtD helped smooth the trail with the skinny skis and his dog. Wiskers is faster and has more endurance than several of us.
Heard some of the fast group were running sans lights and putting in four laps. Two was enough for me.
Anyone been to Manawa in the last couple of days?
Bet its pretty sweet right now.
It was a Jedi (K)night Ride Dale. Be the trail, feel the trail, be the trail. If you learn to ride it in the dark, in the snow, just think how easy its gonna feel during dry daylight conditions.
Going back tomorrow and Polo Sunday.
