My Fixie

So, I finally found a bike I can work on, this weather has made it impossible to ride, soon I hope.

Nice ride shim. Its good to see you post instead of always just putting up sarcastic comments. Thats a really cool bike though. We'll have to put together a fixie only ride.

Its looks nice. I don't know if I could ride one. I like to coast now and then.

damn dude that's sweet!

i loved those 7-eleven merckx's, 'bout time you got rollin' again.

kind of like my guerciotti, too nice to ride on salty streets.

time for a mid-town fixie tour.

Shim, you'll find a way to f-up the shifting with your mechanical skills. I know, I know, but none the less you will still find a way. Hopefully Mod or somebody will be around to help you get it running right if you start monkeying with a wrench (disclaimer: this comment in no way is intended to reflect poorly on any shops in Lincoln). Sincerely your pal.

Special thanks to the Real Deal for the Sweet Stem, (you need to see it in person its the bomb), Ryan A for the seat and cow bars and Buffet Paul for taping the bars and telling me that I need different bolts for the cranks, and oh yeah Marian (my wife) for putting on the chain when I started swearing at it in the kitchen one night.

Sorry CVO, I havent been able to ride my fixed gear, I have been riding my cross bike and mountain bike. On another note I am looking forward to drinking a beer with you trailside this spring, but the way its going maybe I'll bring the Yeager instead!
