Hooked up a monday nighter at Swanson and it couldn't have been more perfect. Days like this don't come around too often so if you missed it, well...you missed it. Annie and I got in a half lap before meeting up with T-bone and Charlie. Got in two more mega traction laps before T-bone and I split off for a fast lap. The trail just kept getting faster and faster. Tons of folks out, ran into Cole and Jen, Corbet was out with his kids, no doubt getting them ready for the MMBC. Bunch of other rookies out there getting a taste for the dirt. Charlie is really tearing it up, sport ladies better watch out. I think Annie might be looking for blood picking off guys in the ss category. Better get riding boys! 2 weeks till Tranquility, git yer time in while you can...rain's coming again.

nice pics. it was definitely a swet day to ride. i let the wind push me up the keystone to tranq and got some laps in up there, and scouted out Doug's suggestions for race start loop. those climbs are a rude awakening. anyone going to lawrence sunday for the river trails race? R&R will be there.
Man, what a great ride last night. I can't remember ever being able to corner like that. I swear in a couple corners I was almost draging my elbow. Time to bust out the helmet cam MOD.
