Lewis and Clark TNR

Well, RF said he needed some hill work, so I'm throwing out L&C for this weeks TNR. LtD was out there this weekend and said the trail is in pretty good shape. I know my legs could use some hills. Come on out, it'll get you ready for Perry in a couple weeks.

Then Lansky's for pizza? Or maybe a big ass cheese steak sandi? Yeah, okay, or a plate of pasta, but doesn't cheese steak sound good?

Where: Lewis & Clark Monument parking lot

When: Thursday night, meet @ 6:00 PM, ride @ 6:15 PM

It doesn't look like there's much dirt racing going on unless you're racing road this weekend in Lincoln. So I expect all you dirt lover's to get out to Swanson for dirt and brush modifications. Annie and I will be there ('til I have to leave to open the shop). Here's the scoop...

Trail Day at Swanson Park is scheduled for Saturday, April 21, 8:30am

Goal for the day: Trim up all new eye-poker growth and fix any real bad water erosion/wet riding damage

Tools: Need folks with loppers and a couple shovels

Wear weather appropriate clothing that protects you from the elements as well as trail debris

This should serve as the primary clean up before the 1st Swanson race.

Beverages and snack-age following the clean up.

Expect to finish not later than 11:59am

On a side note, can someone bring a chiansaw so we cut down the fallen tree that is blocking one of the log crossing options?

That log has been on the hit list for a while. Martin will have one out there.

One of the maintenance crews on Saturday will attack the downhill part next to the fire department
