NORBA National Final Report

Well, trip overall was a good one. A bit of bad luck today for some, but overall we have a total of 6 medals for the National from MWCC riders. Here is how things faired out.

1st Shim Expert 45-49 overall
2nd J-Rat Expert 40-44 overall
6th Limpach 35-39 overall

RA fatted out in the XC but was 3rd in GC heading into the event. After winning stage 2 MIB was 15 secs out of 1st in the GC and was leading the XC race when he flatted out.

If not for a bit of bad luck we likely would have brought home 8 medals, but that's racing on the rocks and cactus. We all had a great time. Not looking forward to the cold streak we are coming home to!

What a great showing guys! Sorry to hear about the flats RA and MIB, needless to say you both would have had the top spots. Any chance you were set up? (:
Sounds like Shim won fair and square? Hope you got a pic of his freeride day.

Flats suck! Excellent riding regardless.

You know, I've found that the less you ride, the less you flat. I can't remember the last time I flatted. Something to consider. ;)
