Hooked up with AJB last night at Swanson for a couple laps. Ran into Chad, Josh, Cole, Martain, Christine and a few others. There are lots of wet/muddy spots so be carefull.
I saw that fun-guy bloom today and wanted to snap a pic of it but forgot the camera.
Swanson was pretty good today. Believe it or not but tetnis ridge is dry, look out though, the wet spots will catch you out. I've never seen standing water in some of the spots.
Annie and went out around 4pm.
lots debris on the trail from the wind. I moved one big sapling (5" base) and some smaller stuff. Annie was running and cleared a ton of debris throughout the first half of the lap.
Be carefull out at Swanson. There are a ton of sticks on the trail that can cause you to roll a tire and go down. I had two near crashes into trees yesterday. Also there is a tree in the trail in a tight fast section that needs to be cut out. You can push your bike under it but you can't ride under it. It's in the first section probably 1/4 mile up from the first double track section.
