TNR for Aug 9 is gonna be at Tranquility. Havent been up there in awhile, and going into this weekends Norfolk Maskenthine XC classic, we all need a good reminder of how brand new trails can smooth into sweet singletrack.
UPDATE: Dale says dirt conditions are great for a ride tonight! Sun on thurs and wind is gonna make for some very tacky-fun conditions at Tranq!
Meet at 6pm in the Fort Street parking lot-- some will meet at Bike Masters and roll down. Pedalling starts at 6:15 sharp. Food to follow, of course.
If present conditions continue, bring a couple towels and a change of clothes-- its humid out there people!

Gonna be kinda wet isn't it?
Yep gonna be a bit moist, but it dries really quickly if there is any sun or wind. I mowed the tall stuff last Wednesday but with all the rain... probably 3' high grass again!
It will be humid but with 24 hrs without rain, the trail should be rideable.
If not, we have some gravel hills after 3 miles of pavement. We even go by a yellow lab that chases bikes!
I checked the technical section at noon and its good to ride.
