Trail Day, Sunday July 27th

The time has come to say goodbye to Mt. Neverest, wipe away the tear. For some of you this may be a time for rejoice and celebration. Before you bust out the suds and party favors, come over to L&C this Sunday to lend a hand on the new version. Bring some tools, bring some water, and bring a bike to break in the new climb, it might surprise you.

For ol' time sake take a look at cornbreads memory from last year.

Look at the pain on those faces and how many feet are on the ground.

I will start the day at 8am. I know this is a Sunday and it’s early but the temperature and humidity will be better in the earlier hours of the day.

If the alarm clock doesn’t go off, if you’re coffee hasn’t kicked in, or what have ya and you would rather start a little later please do come over and lend a hand. You don’t have to travel far from the parking lot as all work will be on Mt. Neverest. Mt. Neverest is just to the south of the gate at the main entrance. So if you get there after 8am, park your car and walk to the entrance and the trailhead is on the right side of the road.

What is needed,
Shovels
Rakes
Mcleods
Loppers
Pulaskies
Gloves
Water
Bug spray if you wish, they haven’t been too bad in the mornings.

Thanks,
Josh
