a few peeps at Swanson

No pics but Larry, Martin, Paul, Doug, and myself made it to Swanson for the TNR yesterday. Nice crowd of other riders as well. Doug finally has his Niner Jet 9 back together after the rockerarm design problem kept him off it from June till now. First lap was a reaquaintance lap, with 2nd and 3rd laps to settle in. Martin and Larry had an earlier lap, Paul commuted to work that day, and I just remember sucking air after the first half lap. 8-)

Hopefully, the Manawa trailwork tonight and tomorrow will get everything back online there. Maybe Manawa for the next TNR? Several of us talked about going out to Platte River for the first TNR in Sept. Heard Jesse and crew have Platte in good shape so we should show our appreciation by riding it.

Rode Platte Wed night and it is in bad need of a haircut. I'll try and get out this weekend and get it trimmed a bit. Re-routes are awesome and the water barriers are working perfect. The dirt is sweeeet....
