Watch out folks, Mc-G has been training for this event for the past five years. His power training has really come together over the past few months and he has managed to peak pefectly.
In case you have not yet heard, Mikey had a run in with a Chiuhaha at work on Wed evening and had to cancel his trip.....Classic.
