Potter's Pasture - Your central Nebraska MTB destination

Just wanted to give all you MTBers the heads up on the Potter's Pasture blog . Here's the scoop:

"Potter's Pasture is a privately owned, publicly accessible network of mountain bike trails.  Cows are grazed on the land which helps to keep the trails open and allow free access to MTB riders.  Potter's is located in the hills of Central Nebraska (yes hills in Nebraska) about seven miles south of the Brady interchange on Interstate 80."

It looks like a beautiful place to go ride.

This place looks pretty cool and a pilgrimage is definitely in order. I checked out the blog, but I didn't really find out exactly how to get there or whom one should contact to actually ride there.

I read your comments on the blog. It helps to have that kind of feedback. I'll make sure the info on how to get there and who to contact etc. is posted soon . . . hopefully tonight.

It's a great place to ride road or mountain bikes. There used to be races there back in the early days of the Physcowpath series. really fun ! I wish they would race there again. Just off I-80 then south. Out between Kearney and North Platte if I remember right. ( mile marker 99 or 199 ? ) We were just talking about that place on our ride yesterday.

Shim you remember eating at Pizza Hut and all the events to follow in Gothenburg? Tony was in classic form at that race. He still owes my CD#2 from my Talking Heads. Something memories about a rope swing at Jeffrey Lake. I miss those days... If your ever planning a weekend trip to Potters please keep me posted.

Rusty, I totally remember the waitress at the Pizza Hut in Gothamburg banging me on the head with my water glass as she collapsed into an epileptic seizure (twice), of course Tony came to the rescue during both of her seizures.
And who could forget the fart salad?

Flanders, as for the Hitchcock Race, you'll need to be more specific I suffered there too many times to remember, I do remember when Bike Rack ponied up some real cash and I made $180.00 for winning a sport race.
