Thanks and Ha Ha. I'm planning my comeback for later in the season when everyone least expects it. With my training of beer drinking and scooter riding I should be ready to peak by August for my favorite race, Tranquility:)
Great shots, TB. How do you manage to keep the shots in focus despite your carb loading?
Kev, we've all done it and you weren't the worst casualty of the day but I have to say it: You are now officially known as Kevin "Impact" Limpach or KIL for short.
Awesome race, all. AND we had 135 racers. Only 20 less than Swanson. NICE!
And to Paul and his THOR crew...BIG PROPS! The course was perfect! Do I smell bacon?
Nothing went right after they said go and I cross ringed off the start and fell to the back of the line. Jay got to witness my 3 other crashes up close, #2 was my personal favorite when I somehow crashed in the second pasture and got my brake stuck on the wrong side of the top tube(good thing I added the rubber protector) and agian went towards the back. A big Thanks to Highgear and Andy for the bike working awesome, now after I learn how to ride it I should be good to go. Apparently I been on the Madone too much, and the Fuel too little.

Good point, Rox. Props to the trail crew and organizers. Great work everybody! Trail was well marked and in awesome shape. Wish I could ride tonight. It's sweet weather out there. Enjoy before it's hot, muggy and buggy...
man...great shots...love the fast action bursts. great resolution, too, even compressed. i'll have to look at that camera...need to upgrade soon.
KUDOS to the platte river trail team and cycle works...very well-run event...and perfect weather...perfect trail conditions...even for beginners like me. that was my first platte river race...i'll be back.

Some awesome pics. Love the one of Kev "catching air" through the rock garden.
Why the heck didn't you race? You aren't turning into a poser now are you?

My camera has a "Beer Goggle Mode" to help keep things in focus.

If anyone wants any high resolution shots let me know. I had to compress them a bunch to get them on picasaweb.

Hey Shim...What's your racing age...did you forget how old you are?
Ummm...How old do you think I am? I'm pretty sure my release was filled out correctly, how old are you?
