I think this also means if you have a TV with a digital receiver, you can watch it on TV also. I have basic cable, not digital, but programmed my TV to get the Digital signals that Cox is transmitting (local channels in HD, Iowa and Nebraska Public stations, etc). Universal Sports is one of the free channels. Cycling on TV without having to pay for it! Awesome!
