Who's up for CX practice on Tuesday nights? I've got a good practice course at Seymor Smith park by the soap box derby track. The course includes a paved climb, gravel climb, gravel/sand trap, and we can get a high speed barrier section too. I'm thinking 5:30ish. Two lap, five lap and three lap mini races.
All levels are welcome, don't be shy.

I'm in as soon as the new Bike shows up. Hopefully it will show up later next week. Tuesday nights work great for me. If anyone is interested in a 57 2007 Lemond Poprad Disc let me know. Should have if up on NE cycling Sunday.
I'm in if I can make it out of work in time.
I could show up for a few.
I think I'm in. I just need to plan for a long, dark ride home from there.
When do you plan to start these rides? Next Tuesday and every Tuesday from then on?
Every Tuesday from here on out.
I'm planning on making some PVC barriers at the full 16" height. This way you can practice highspeed dismount technique without the fear of killing yourself on a board.
Randy is bringing cones and his 10" board if you want to try bunny hoping a barrier.
Will any amount of rain stop us? Or are you in no matter what?
I had the same question as "The D"
Yes, rain will stop us. Too easy to get sick in these temps if you're wet.
Thanks for the follow-up Mod. I agree. My office has lost about 20% of staff due to some sort of sickness.
Hopefully the rain will hold off. if so, I'm geared up and ready to roll.
Alright, I just wrote a post canceling the ride tonight but I finally got a up to date forecast. I think we'll be okay, might just get a few sprinkles.
Roll the dice kids.
If it's raining at 5-pm when I leave work then I'm out. If not, then I'll be pedaling to Seymour from Millard.
Cold weather doesn't get you sick, neither does being wet and cold. Being inside with indoor air pollution and sick people gets you sick. Standing around outside will cool you down/slow down your metabolism which will lower your immune response. But how much standing around are you planning on doing?
