The city of Council Bluffs has purchased a 4 wheel drive Bobcat with a blade and blower attachment. It will be used to clear the trail system in CB starting this week.
Omaha owns several of them. They're also renting equipment to clear sidewalk and paths. Problem is, trail systems like Keystone and Papio are not a priority. They will get to them once sidewalks are clear. This should be sometime in March [sarc].
