That is Todd Sieler in a Cycle Works (KAOS) I have the same vintage of a KAOS CW Jersey.
my copy of that jersey got cut off of me at midlands community hospital after i hit the tree tuesday, september 11, 1997.i still have pieces of the jersey in my rag pile.memories...mg
I still have the green and red one Rusty is wearing, its in great shape and a bargin to the first person to come up with $10.00 cash money.
