Well, not a cyclone but I needed a windy phonetic alliteration. The environment is optimal for drying out the trail! If you want to ride Tranquility before the race Saturday, today is your best bet! There are several planning to ride after 5:00. Maybe we'll see ya there!

hope to read a trail report, and see some photo's tomorow,
still keeping my fingers crossed for the race this weekend.
I'll also be out performing pegan rituals to remove the rain from the forecast tonight.
mmmm
pagan.
Trails were sweet bacon. Only a few slick spots in the pine trees. No mud anywhere on the trail. New sections are breaking in nicely. Saturday should be a great event. Props to Dale and everyone who has helped make these trails.
sweet, still with the fingers crossed,
but now,
it's that I don't get lapped by the leaders.
haha. good luck you guys. lots of rain and thunder this morning already and its only 7:45 AM. the shoes i left in the back of my truck probably wont even be dry by saturday.
Man...the storms are lined up today. One after the other, all day long it looks like.
Wish I could make it out but with Supersale going on I'll be tied to the shop all weekend.
If you come up CVO, stop in and say hi.
Tranq can dry in less than 24 hours. Forecast for tomorrow is 50s and winds at 20-30mph. Lots thunder and some hard rain but not alot of accumulation yet. Trail will be very rideable by Saturday.
I will actually be there! My first ever mtb race! I couldn't take off for the weekend because my girlyfriend is recovering from surgery. I can, however, take off for a couple hours to try my hand, or legs, or lungs at Tranquility. I'll see ya'll there!
Don't worry Nate, you will have little mud on your fair weather legs to clean off.
For a full explanation of why we are racing Saturday, see my response in the Tranquility forum on NCN. I would paste in the link but I can't find my address window to copy it.
