Trails Have Our Respect will be sponsoring it's fourth trail day of the year this coming Saturday, May 6th. All hands are welcome, bring gloves, clippers and hand tools. Larger tools will be provided.
We will meet at 1:00 p.m. in the parking lot at Lewis and Clark Monument.
Work to do:
1. Walk length of trail and trim back the brush, branches, nettles, grass, etc. Tools - lopers, pruning shears, sickle, wood saw
2. The big log ramp is passable but can use some fill dirt to make it smoother and last the season. Tools - shovel and Mcleod to compact dirt.
Thanks for helping maintain the trail! We appreciate an email if you plan to work so we can inform you of any changes.
Todd, Dan, Dale tpmbt@cox.net

Thanks for the new logo Hoss!
How about a 9am start time? Wearing log sleves and jeans running a weed whip in the middle of the day kind of sucks.
I'd be more worried about bending your elbows with LOG Sleves!
Log sleves are cool.
Cool, I found some log sleves on ebay for cheap! I'll have 'em by the weekend.
Dan e-mailed me, says if anyone wants to go to L&C early, go for it. Just start walking the loop and trimmin'
Before my break, I was planning on doing a road ride Saturday morning before the trailwork. Now I can only drive my daughters to L&C to help out.
