I'd be interested if they do it in 2009 also. Looks pretty cool but I can't swing it this year with my France trip already planned.

I did the Brian Head Epic 100 ONCE already way back in ?. Managed to get one of those sweet "under 9hour" silver cups. Freezing cold at the start (I was still a SoCal boy then so 35degrees was freezing back then), got rained on, hailed on, tried to stay on Rishi's wheel and went cross-eyed at 10K feet. My condo was at about 10K as well so I my HR finally came down when I hit Vegas on the drive back the following day. Still the single most brutal day on a bike in 21 years

Do you plan on racing Clinton this weekend Mark?

Show of hands for anybody heading down to Clinton?

I've already e-mailed Ryan this am asking this but I'm curious from others as well....Is everybody comfortable that the trails are reasonably dry & rideable for Sunday's ride, er I mean race?

I'm on for Clinton Sunday. Not sure if i'm racing vet X or marathon yet. I heard the course isn't recovered much from all the rain so bring the Pam cooking spray!

Oh, just looked out side and it's a white out down here. About a 1/2" of fresh snow in the last hour. Great. The winter that justs going, and going, and.......

100mi on mtb in a day? dont think so. 50+ mi for four days in a row? a bit more reasonable, me thinks. I think I'd do this as a team with Rox just so that she has to wait up for me.

so mark, sounds like clinton lake is gonna be a mudfest?
